CASTING

We hold pre-audition workshops aimed at enhancing preparation efforts for all interested students and supportive family members.  Auditions and Casting is a collaborative effort led by the Director (unique to each production) with oversight by the Executive Director.  Students are placed in roles that best fit each Director's vision.

JR. PRODUCTION STAFF

Back-stage student involvement / experience enhances the success of productions and helps to develop well-rounded student actors.  Online Applications are required for all positions and students are selected/approved by their mentor.  If Jr. Staff students also choose to audition, are excluded from all audition and casting planning, discussions and decisions.
